The CV83U (Tier4F) vibratory roller is a medium-sized, self-propelled, single-steel, full-hydraulic vibratory roller developed specifically for the North American market. The product meets the US final four-stage (Tier4F). It has the characteristics of large excitation force, high compaction efficiency and good compaction quality. It is widely used in the compaction of foundation layer, sub-base layer and rock fill of roads, railways, airports, ports, dams and industrial construction sites.
* Equipped with Cummins electronically controlled engine, water-cooled, turbocharged, large power reserve, low fuel consumption and low noise. The SCR post-processor is used to meet the US final four-stage (Tier4F).
* The closed-type hydraulic drive system consisting of variable pumping motor ensures that the roller has good drive performance and high gradeability. Two-speed stepless speed change ensures optimum operation at different speeds.
* The medium-sized drive axle with anti-skid differential can automatically realize the torque distribution according to the road condition, ensuring that the roller can exert its maximum traction under various working conditions. The tubeless tires of the North American roller market are wear-resistant and have a long service life.
* The variable pump is used to form a closed hydraulic vibration system. The dual-frequency and double- amplitude, scientific and reasonable static load and excitation force configuration ensure effective compaction of different types of materials and different thicknesses.
